About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Project Manager (Non-Licensed) with extensive experience in retail, restaurant, and hospitality environments . The ideal candidate has strong architectural sensibilities, a solid technical foundation, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects from concept through construction. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendors to deliver customer experiences that align with our client’s vision and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with design development and manage construction documentation for retail, F&B, and hospitality (Retail) projects.

Translate brand standards and design intent into functional, buildable architectural solutions.

Develop detailed construction drawings, millwork packages, and finish schedules.

Coordinate with MEP, structural, and specialty consultants to ensure design integration and technical accuracy.

Work directly with our design team, clients, operators, and vendors to review drawings, materials, and specifications.

Complete site surveys, as-built documentation, and field verification.

Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with design intent.

Support our construction project managers with schedules coordination, budgets and design intent.

Participate in construction administration, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and performing site visits as needed.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, lighting, and FF&E relevant to the retail and hospitality industries.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field (architecture license not required).

10+ years of professional experience in architecture & design collaboration, with a strong focus on retail, restaurant, and hospitality projects.

Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite & Procore.

Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, and code compliance for commercial environments.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, clients, and consultants.

Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects in various stages of development simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with large multi-site project rollouts, prototype development, code compliance for commercial environments, sustainable design strategies and ADA compliance.

Knowledge of lighting integration, signage, and environmental graphics.

Experience working with vendors and fabricators on custom millwork and fixture design.
