This role involves management and reporting of Amazon Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Products, and Sponsored Display. The primary objective is to drive increased unit sales and revenue for Kaplan products through effective branding, promotion and optimization of Amazon advertising initiatives.**Primary/Key Responsibilities*** Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon Ads strategies and tests to achieve Kaplan's sales and revenue targets, utilizing Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Products, and Sponsored Display campaigns.* Be an expert on Amazon Ads campaigns by knowing how to conduct keyword research, ad performance/audits, and experience with managing a budget to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.* Analyze spend trends to determine when incremental budget may be needed, along with the projected sales associated with that incremental* Monitor and analyze Amazon Ads performance metrics, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).* Conduct regular audits of Amazon Ads campaigns to ensure compliance with best practices and identify areas for improvement in targeting, creative, and campaign structure.* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, inventory, and product, to align Amazon Ads strategies with overall business goals and promotional activities.* Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon Ads features, trends, and best practices, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to enhance campaign performance.* Prepare and present regular reports on Amazon Ads performance to key stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations for future strategies.****Minimum Qualifications***** Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business, Preferred* 3+ years of hands-on experience* Experience with Amazon Ads.* Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.* Advanced communication and writing skills.* Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; working under pressure and prioritizing workload.* Highly organized and capable of working independently.****Preferred Qualifications***** Experience with Amazon DSP**Beyond base salary, our comprehensive total rewards package includes:**

This position is **Salary Grade B**: $64,819 to $162,047. The specific compensation offered will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, and market data.
