As the Area Assistant Director of Sales, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue, leading a dynamic sales team, and shaping the success of multiple properties.
Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coach, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed sales targets.
Create and implement business plans, action plans, and revenue forecasts to maximize profitability.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through prospecting, lead generation, and contract negotiations.
Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and adjust sales tactics to optimize performance.
Conduct successful sales calls, site tours, and proposals while ensuring top-line revenue growth.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management, or equivalent hotel sales experience.
A minimum of five years of sales experience in a similar-sized operation with a proven track record of success.
Proficiency in sales tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Delphi FDC.
Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the travel industry, market trends, and revenue management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster client relationships and close deals.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to balance strategy, execution, and team leadership.
