What Our Professionals Are Saying "While in local government, I had the benefit of working with the former Mayor and Founder of Hagerty Consulting, Steve Hagerty. When looking for a new role, I didn’t have to look far for a company where I could continue to support local governments. Now, I serve under our COO, supporting Hagerty’s internal operations. I take pride in improving internal functions as my efforts allow my colleagues to spend their time and energy serving our clients."

"What I love most about my role at Hagerty is the opportunity to truly shape my own journey. I’m able to pursue projects and opportunities that align with my passions and have the potential to shape the future of our industry. The best part? I know I have the full support of my colleagues to help turn those ideas into reality."

"My former boss went to Hagerty and liked it so much he said I had to come work here—three years later, the rest is history! I love my role because I’m able to use my expertise in different ways and mentor younger colleagues. I enjoy helping them discover their passions and find learning opportunities. Hagerty strives to ensure that everyone is on the right project that aligns with their skills."
