We’re looking for bold, entrepreneurial talent ready to help build something extraordinary — and reshape the future of building products distribution.
QXO is a publicly traded company founded by Brad Jacobs with the goal of building the market‑leading company in the building products distribution industry. On April 30, 2025, QXO completed its first acquisition: Beacon Building Products, a leading distributor in the sector.
We are building a customer‑focused, tech‑enabled, and innovation‑driven business that will scale rapidly through accretive M&A, organic growth, and greenfield expansion. Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under‑digitized industry.
The Corporate FP&A Manager will be a key member of QXO’s Finance team, supporting enterprise‑wide financial planning and analysis. This role will lead critical forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes while providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, analytical finance professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable operating at scale.

Lead consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes across multiple business units.
Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support decision‑making.

Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, reporting automation, and analytical capabilities.
Leverage Oracle and advanced Excel skills to build and enhance reporting tools and analyses.
(Nice to have) Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms for data visualization and reporting.
