Join Paradigm as our Director of Medical Bill Review and lead transformative strategies that enhance provider engagement and operational excellence. As a leader within our Networks and Operations team, you'll drive innovation, oversee enterprise‑wide bill review operations, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver measurable outcomes in cost containment, provider satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in bill review management, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
At least 3 years of hands‑on medical bill processing and analysis.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Proven experience developing and implementing workflows, policies, procedures, and training programs.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding.
Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-9 & 10, RBRVS, and other coding methodologies.
Core Competencies:
Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and executive presence.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
