**Job Description:****SVP, Global Analytics****Location:** New York City**Reports to:** SVP, Analytics**Overview**The Senior Vice President, Global Media Analytics will be the senior-most analytics leader across a high-profile global account. You will set the vision for integrated measurement and unify teams across multiple lines of business and regions. Driving innovation through advanced statistical modeling, attribution, brand equity analysis, and clean room integrations are imperative to deliver thought leader and story led solutions.You have extensive experience identifying solutions in a sprawling media measurement marketplace and has the business mindset to convert into strategic opportunities for our client. You will orchestrate analytics across all media channels (digital and linear) digging deeper into attribution, incrementality and brand health tracking, that ensures analytics consistently delivers measurable business impact. You will be a crucial collaborative partner to our strategy, audience science, media tools, ad tech, data, and digital, and operational teams across the agency.You will have a background in advertising media measurement, ad/mar technology and exposure to addressable identity solutions. You will also have knowledge of People Based Marketing, brand research, and measurement across personalization and segmentation, all broadcast and digital media, database, and web analytics, and testing methods. You should also have the expertise required to lead and continue building an innovative team, and the confidence to work with our internal executive team and senior clients.We're looking for a high-energy collaborator who is experienced working across complex pieces of business. They are required to have experience building relationships with both our teams and clients. With business acumen and client charisma you will navigate and understand the client's culture, business objectives, and media strategy, and will have an appetite for innovation.**Responsibilities****Strategic Leadership*** Define and lead integrated measurement strategies across global markets, spanning marketing mix modeling, attribution, brand equity, and clean room–based approaches.* Partner with senior media and account leadership to ensure analytics is a central driver of strategic planning, investment decisions and business decisions.* Provide story-led thought leadership on measurement innovation, industry trends, and emerging methodologies.**Analytics & Modeling*** Analytics experience within integrated or digital communications or media agency preferred.* Experience with Data Visualization & Storytelling.* Understanding of relational databases and programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, or Python).* Experience with data sourcing, evaluation, onboarding and integration.* Working knowledge of machine learning, statistical testing, & regression modeling.* Knowledge of both digital and offline measurement, including attribution, MMM, and linear TV impact.* Drive the evolution of clean room–based analytics solutions (e.g., LiveRamp or equivalent), enabling secure, privacy-safe, cross-platform measurement.**Client Engagement*** Be the senior-most analytics partner to executive-level partners, building trusted relationships and delivering clear, persuasive insights.* Translate complex analysis into compelling narratives that connect media across the consumer journey because all media is performance* Champion a test-to-scale culture, guiding clients toward innovative measurement practices.**Team & Operational Excellence*** Lead a multi-level US analytics team (VP, Directors, Managers, Analysts), setting vision, priorities, and standards for excellence.* Lead Regional Markets along the unified measurement journey* Foster team development, mentoring senior leaders while ensuring consistent quality and delivery across accounts.* Lead new business efforts to enable business growth and development (new clients and existing accounts).* Lead department initiatives, elevating the work, providing training, knowledge sharing, and best practices.* Oversee data collection, tagging, and QA practices to safeguard accuracy and enable advanced modeling.* Improve processes and workflows to ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistency across engagements.**Qualifications*** 15+ years of experience in analytics, with deep expertise in statistical modeling, econometrics, and marketing measurement.* Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.The annual base salary range for this position is $196,000-$316,250. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
