## **Job Description:**The Specialty Pharmacy Clinical Supervisor provides overall clinical and operational leadership for specialty pharmacy services. This role provides oversight of specialty pharmacy medication management while optimizing clinical and financial performance metrics. The Supervisor collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and supports strategic initiatives aligned with departmental and organizational goals.**Education**:* Doctoral Degree School of Pharmacy - Accredited by ACPE – Required* Completion of ASHP Accredited General Practice Residency (PGY1) – Preferred**Experience:*** Minimum 2 years' experience in ambulatory clinical pharmacy or specialty pharmacy - Required* ASHP Accredited Residency Program – Preferred* Supervisory or management experience in specialty pharmacy operations – Preferred* One year experience working in a 340B setting- Preferred**Certifications/Licensures:*** RPH Registered Pharmacist - California Board of Pharmacy - Required* BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required* Board Certification [e.g., Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS), Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP), BCOP, CSP] or equivalent - Preferred**Skills:*** Strong clinical judgment and therapeutic knowledge* Effective leadership and team development capabilities* Ability to analyze data and deliver results on key performance indicators.* Expertise in 340B program operations, regulations and compliance, including working with a TPA.* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills## **Work Shift:**08.0 - 08:45 - 17:15 No waive (United States of America)**Pay Range:**$95.76 - $143.64### ### Hourly### Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting.
