This role is ideal for someone who not only brings deep expertise in modern frontend technologies but also embraces the future of development through AI-assisted coding. The successful candidate will be expected to drive the adoption of AI tools and methodologies, creatively integrating them into workflows to enhance productivity, code quality, and team collaboration.The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a solid grasp of ES6+ features such as arrow functions, async/await, and modular architecture. They should be comfortable with DOM manipulation, event handling, and both vanilla JS and utility libraries. Experience working with REST APIs and optimizing client-side performance is essential. On the styling side, they should be skilled in writing modular, maintainable CSS/SCSS, responsive design using media queries and grid, and advanced SASS features like mixins and variables. Familiarity with Webpack, NPM, and multi-environment builds is expected, along with solid Git practices including branching, pull requests, and conflict resolution. Bonus points for experience with Adobe AEM, including HTL/Sightly templating, clientlibs, dialogs, and an understanding of authoring vs. publish modes.Hands on development, including defect fixes, enhancements and building new custom Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components to support enterprise-level content delivery. Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to foster team growth and cross-functional learning. Proficiency in writing modular, scalable CSS/SCSS using media queries, grid, and advanced SASS features like mixins and variables.Experience working with REST APIs and client-side caching strategies. Hands-on knowledge of build tools like Webpack, npm, and managing multi-environment builds.Solid Git workflow experience including branching, pull requests, and conflict resolution. Ability to lead frontend best practices and mentor junior engineers.Familiarity with or eagerness to learn Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including HTL/Sightly templating and clientlibs.A collaborative mindset and passion for sharing knowledge across teams. Innovative mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate development and improve engineering processes. Proven experience building and enhancing custom components in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including HTL/Sightly templating and clientlibs management.Ability to guide technical discussions and influence architectural decisions during planning and solutioning meetings. The salary range for this role is from $105,000 to $135,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including

location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
