Responsibilities
Identify high-impact opportunities through data exploration and generate strategic insights to optimize marketing funnel conversion rates
Define key marketing metrics and develop scalable reporting systems to monitor pipeline health and campaign performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, improve processes, and influence marketing strategies
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product features, campaigns, and initiatives
Provide expertise in analyzing customer journey metrics such as ROI, Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), and conversion rates
Support the development of attribution models to accurately measure marketing channel effectiveness
Work with data scientists and analysts across the organization to share best practices and foster a data-centric culture
Continuously stay updated on new analytical techniques and tools to improve data analysis capabilities
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Data Science supporting marketing functions, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Proficiency in SQL with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in data manipulation and analysis
Strong scripting skills in Python or R for data analysis and automation
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data insights to non‑technical stakeholders
Experience with marketing attribution models across multiple channels including SEO, Paid Search, and Social Media
Proven ability to design and analyze A/B tests to measure feature impacts and campaign effectiveness
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, economics, or related quantitative discipline
