PART-TIME THERAPIST and CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Title:
Part-Time Clinical Director (IOP) – Vive Treatment Centers
Location:
Washington, DC (in-person)
Schedule:
10–15 hours/week, flexible
Compensation:
$60–$80 per hour
(depending on experience)
About Us:
Vive Treatment Centers is a Joint Commission–accredited Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) located in Dupont Circle, providing evidence-based treatment for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are seeking a part-time Clinical Director to support program oversight and help strengthen our clinical infrastructure as we grow.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight for the IOP program
Ensure documentation meets DC DBH and Joint Commission standards
Offer clinical supervision to clinicians/staff (as needed)
Assist with curriculum planning and quality-of-care initiatives
Review intakes and guide treatment planning
Participate in compliance activities for DBH/JCAHO
Optional: lead or co-lead groups when needed
Requirements
LICSW, LPC or LFMT in Washington, DC (required)
Experience with substance use or co-occurring disorders (preferred)
Prior experience with IOP/PHP (strongly preferred)
Strong documentation and leadership skills
