Park Nicollet Clinics – Chanhassen We are seeking a full‑time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team. As a Primary Care Clinician, you will be part of the largest multi‑specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification or eligibility and is an outpatient role that allows you to perform a range of in‑clinic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients.

Perform in‑clinic procedures as needed.

Manage patient inbox and coordinate with clinic staff.

Collaborate with on‑site RN and department assistant for patient follow‑up and clerical tasks.

Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Triaging provided by registered nurses.
