Health and dental insurance for part‑time and full‑time physicians

Short‑term and long‑term disability
401(k) with dollar‑for‑dollar match up to 6%, plus a 3% discretionary contribution (and an additional 3% on income above 80.01% of the Social Security Wage Base, subject to IRS limits)
Patient compensation fund (PCF), malpractice and tail coverage paid
