Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacist)
VONS , a division of Albertsons Companies, is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacist) to join our team. The role focuses on providing direct patient care, disease state management, and optimizing medication therapy.
Responsibilities
Financially manage the pharmacy and act as pharmacist in charge.
Deliver patient care services and uphold operational standards.
Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy staff.
Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives that increase profitability.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent (FPGEC from NABP).
Active pharmacy license(s) in state(s) of practice, all held in good standing.
Certified immunizer preferred.
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
Ability to work a variety of schedules.
