Position
Endocrinologist (Full‑time) at MarinHealth Endocrine & Diabetes Care, a UCSF Health Clinic.
Responsibilities
Highly respected practice, with three endocrinologists and one NP.
Full‑time position: 36 patient‑facing hours per week.
Primary responsibilities include outpatient with some inpatient responsibilities.
Provide care to Marin County communities, including Sausalito and Novato, and possible expansion into Sonoma County.
Call is shared equally amongst the group; triage is primarily by phone with support from the IP team.
Epic electronic health records utilized in the clinic and at the Medical Center.
Participation in ADA‑accredited Braden Diabetes Center outpatient and JCAHO‑accredited inpatient Diabetes Care Programs.
MarinHealth Medical Center has an award‑winning certified stroke center; telemedicine is available in ED.
Potential opportunities for teaching and/or academic appointment through UCSF.
Qualifications
A philosophy of care that prioritizes exceptional patient care and exemplary patient experience.
Board certified or eligible (with intent to become certified within 1 year) in Endocrinology is required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
Interest in Diabetes and clinical research.
Spanish language skills a plus, but not required.
Compensation
Compensation range of $275,000 - $350,000 depending on experience.
