The role The Senior SAP WMS Manager is responsible for the analysis and configuration of SAP system to meet business process design and application requirements related to the following aspects of PH: Receiving and put‑away process, inventory management, order picking, packing and fulfillment, shipping, labor management, and warehouse metrics and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Lead efforts to gather client’s business process requirements

Develop detailed configuration rationales and designs, as well as building system configuration

Implement detailed business process functional solutions to meet client’s requirements

Develop test strategies and manage large complex test efforts

Create associated documentation such as RICEFW objects, test models, scripts, etc.

Maintain, enhance and/or configure SAP processes including those that interface with other applications

Facilitate interaction with technical and functional counterparts to ensure that solutions meet all functional requirements

Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members

Requirements

8+ years of functional experience with SAP ECC, S4 HANA and WMS

Team lead experience

Proficiency in S/4 EWM

Knowledge of SAP TM and PM

Understanding of extended WMS

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning

Compensation Base pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland: $126,300 – $243,100 USD.
