Sr. Director Growth Initiatives, Branded Services Job Will Remain Open Until Filled

Summary The Sr. Director, Growth Initiatives will lead the strategic development and execution of key growth initiatives for our business segment. This role is responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities, fostering innovation, and steering the long‑range planning (LRP) targets for the segment. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader for the business, capable of translating ideas into actionable business plans and maintaining alignment with enterprise goals, all with the goal of helping our business partners unlock growth. This role requires hands‑on analytics, fast pivots, and a high bar for output and execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement long‑term growth strategies and initiatives that align with the company's vision and objectives; serve as expert on the business segment long‑range plan with focus on enhancing top‑line aspirations and ensuring delivery through strategic choices and focus.

Act as a key strategic advisor to the business segment leader, focused on top growth initiatives for the business segment; partner with junior and senior leadership to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with overall business goals and act as a thought partner to the segment team.

Consistently execute detailed analytics in support of recommendations, crafting executive‑level storylines and discussion materials.

Act as the lead for certain partnership relationships, ensuring connectivity and driving cross‑segment opportunities; lead cross‑functional teams for top initiatives, driving the initiatives forward and acting as owner.

Drive growth by helping to identify potential new sources of revenue from partners, capability development, and major initiatives within the long‑range plan; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of growth initiatives.

Ensure the effective execution of growth initiatives by overseeing project management, resource allocation, and performance tracking; support key leadership and strategic planning conversations with analyses, material creation, and executive story‑lining.

Act as a conduit to the rest of the enterprise for the segment, driving connectivity, ensuring prioritization of segment opportunities, and bringing an enterprise lens to major segment customers.

Drive the technology agenda from a business perspective, with a focus on AI adoption and new solutions.

Qualifications

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree.

Experience Requirements: 8-10 years experience in relevant field (proven track record of successfully leading growth initiatives and driving business transformation preferred).

Travel requirement: Some travel expected.
