As a Project Manager, you will support hardware qualification and change management initiatives in the Operations Department.

What's the Job?
Lead hardware change management efforts across compute and storage programs, ensuring seamless integration of updates and respins into mass production.
Manage qualification schedules and readiness milestones across cross‑functional teams, including engineering, validation, sourcing, and manufacturing.
Coordinate alignment between teams to facilitate qualification, production intercepts, and change execution for sustaining hardware modifications.
Drive readiness for New Commodity Introduction (NCI) programs such as HDD/SSD qualifications and optical/PON roadmap updates.
Develop and maintain detailed trackers, risk assessments, and status reports to monitor progress and mitigate potential issues.
What's Needed?
At least 5 years of program or project management experience in hardware, sustaining operations, or manufacturing environments.
Deep understanding of hardware qualification processes, including xVT readiness and change control procedures.
Proven experience managing continuous change programs across multiple product lines.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on risk management and attention to detail.
