The CIC Strategic Program Team seeks a highly organized, detail‑oriented Readiness Program Manager who will drive governance processes, maintain NPI trackers, manage reporting, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination to enable efficient execution and visibility across programs.

Responsibilities

Provide structured program management support for readiness initiatives across Cloud Success teams.

Serve as central point of contact for readiness activities, driving governance processes to align with frameworks and due dates.

Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure adherence to readiness and governance expectations.

Conduct weekly readiness reviews to enforce standards and compliance across monthly deliverables.

Oversee process communication across readiness channels and frameworks.

Maintain a centralized readiness hub containing deliverables and self‑service content.

Promote launch checklists for operational launch readiness handoffs.

Uphold quality standards and consistency across deliverables.

Facilitate baseline cross‑cloud aggregation for potential AI opportunities.

Stakeholder Management

Build and sustain strategic relationships within CIC Strategic Programs and cross‑functional teams.

Coordinate stakeholder engagement to ensure transparency and gather critical feedback.

Act as a communication hub, providing timely updates and fostering collaboration.

Identify and resolve stakeholder risks and issues, escalating critical concerns when needed.

Engage the right individuals to collaboratively solve program challenges and incorporate requirements into plans.

Reporting

Track and analyze new product innovation, readiness metrics, deliverable completion, and performance.

Prepare data for monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Maintain program dashboards and trackers for data integrity.

Own monthly compliance tracking and provide readouts to Cloud Success leaders.

Implement efficiencies in reporting and data collection to enhance accuracy.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent relevant experience; evaluated on values and behaviors.

Proven experience in program management.

Strong understanding of product lifecycle, product launch requirements, and customer success roles.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in data tracking and analysis.

Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and consistency in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
