Program Director / Program Manager – Wound Care Program The Program Director or Program Manager leads the management and strategic growth of the Wound Care Program, overseeing day‑to‑day center operations, staff management, financial management, quality improvement and community education. The role builds and maintains collaborative relationships with hospital partners and ensures compliance with Healogics, hospital, accrediting and CMS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day management and oversight of the outpatient clinic.

Compliance with Healogics and hospital policies and procedures.

Monitor clinic flow, improve efficiencies and productivity while meeting patient clinical and quality goals.

Ensure adequate resources, supplies and equipment at hospital and onsite teams.

Engage the community through education to generate new patient volume.

Coaching staff for operational efficiencies, career development and skill enhancement.

Communicate with hospital partners, executives and center employees.

Provides day‑to‑day management of inpatient sites, ensuring optimal provider coverage, monitoring productivity weekly and reviewing quality reports quarterly.

Ensuring optimal provider coverage at all contracted sites.

Monitors productivity weekly.

Reviews quality reports quarterly.

Coach providers and staff on community education and new patient volume.

Conduct weekly check‑ins with providers and facilitate team meetings.

Participate in the Annual Business Review with the Area Vice President and all hospital partners.

Required Education, Experience & Credentials

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business Administration preferred.

3–5 years of related experience in a matrix environment.

5 years of management experience.

Exceptional relationship building and account management skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Problem solver.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to influence without control.

Self‑starter, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.

Adept at managing conflict and working with diverse roles and personalities.

Team player experienced in working in a cross‑functional organization.

Strong coaching and talent development skills.

Experience managing a physician practice (preferred).

Salary Salary range: $83,800 – $110,300 per year (subject to qualifications, experience and market).
