Position Overview We’re looking for a world‑class Sr. Manager, Product Design to lead our Growth design team, focusing on creating market‑leading, top‑of‑funnel experiences for members on desktop, mobile web, iOS, and Android. The ideal candidate has a passion for user experience, visual design, and the ability to guide teams through ambiguity while delivering impactful product experiences.
Work Environment Hybrid – office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What You’ll Do
Team Development: Build and mentor product design teams, fostering continuous growth and supporting individual goals.
Design Quality: Create a culture of innovation and excellence, facilitating high‑impact critique and review loops.
Customer Focus: Keep customer needs at the forefront and deepen team understanding of users.
Design Strategy & Vision: Help shape overarching design strategy and collaborate closely with key partners to guide Care’s long‑term vision.
Who You Are
8+ years of UX design experience building consumer‑facing products on web and native mobile.
3+ years leading product design teams for market‑leading consumer products.
Expert understanding of design and UX principles, with a strong ability to coach team members.
Proven experience driving top‑of‑funnel growth: increasing user acquisition, engagement, or conversion through design and experimentation.
Deep experience in cross‑functional collaboration within a large enterprise on complex initiatives.
Strong project management skills to manage workflow efficiently and identify improvement opportunities.
Extensive work with design systems—adoption, evolution, and advocacy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to shape and evolve design and product culture in partnership with fellow leaders.

Salary Range $144,000 – $180,000 (base salary may vary by location, experience, and performance). The range is one component of Care’s total compensation.
