A fast-growing and revolutionary company located in Everett, WA is hiring an Accounts Payable Manager with Tipalti and/or Ramp (Credit Card Processing) experience. The position handles around 1,500+ invoices processed monthly and is 100% onsite in Everett, WA, requiring local candidates who can commute.

Pay
— $38/hr. – $45/hr. (depending on qualifications)

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end‑to‑end Accounts Payable (AP) process: timely and accurate invoice processing, cross‑functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Receiving.
Identify and document root causes of payment delays & errors; implement corrective actions, monitoring, and report results to the Controller and/or CFO.
Maintain positive vendor relationships.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AP specialists.
Oversee applications used in vendor payment process.
Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
Manage the corporate credit card program: develop policy, new card setup, fraud monitoring, statement review & posting.
Manage the travel & expense program: develop policy, administer and optimize Ramp for travel/expense reporting, user setup, approvals, and payment execution.
Perform general ledger tasks including journal entry preparation/review and balance sheet reconciliations for accounts payable and related accounts.
Develop and maintain KPIs/dashboards to monitor AP process and provide reports to Controller & CFO.
Champion spend management initiatives; monitor and report spend; collaborate with FP&A and Controller on cash forecast.
Assist with external audits as primary AP point of contact; ensure tax compliance, 1099 filings, and internal controls enforcement.
Qualifications
Tipalti and/or Ramp (Credit Card Processing) experience listed on resume.
8+ years progressive experience in end‑to‑end accounts payable.
3+ years in a management role.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
Proven experience in a high‑growth, technology‑driven environment.
