Role Overview As the Hardware Inventory Manager at Revi, you’ll own the full inventory lifecycle for all company hardware—including scanning, tracking, storage, and movement of devices. You’ll ensure hardware is properly accounted for, inbound and outbound inventory flows smoothly, and every transaction is properly documented. This is a full‑time, detail‑oriented role critical to supporting our operations, field deployments, and long‑term scalability.
Responsibilities
Maintain an organized inventory tracking system for all Revi hardware and accessories.
Record, label, and log every piece of hardware that enters or exits Revi’s inventory system.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Manage inbound and outbound inventory shipments—including returns of old equipment when new shipments go out.
Scan devices in and out of the system and update inventory software accordingly.
Partner with Support and Ops to ensure field inventory is accurately accounted for.
Maintain inventory storage areas for cleanliness, accessibility, and accuracy.
Track hardware usage and flag any low stock, missing, or damaged devices.
Follow purchasing workflows, ensuring requests go through Siavash for preliminary approval and Andres for final sign‑off.
Generate inventory reports for internal teams and support audit readiness.
Work cross‑functionally to improve hardware accountability, reduce losses, and streamline asset lifecycle management.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in inventory, logistics, or asset management (hardware experience preferred).
Familiarity with inventory tracking tools, scanners, and cloud‑based systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and ownership mindset.
Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills.
Experience working with warehouse or field‑based operations a plus.
Clear communicator—comfortable coordinating with teams across ops, finance, and support.
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
Comfortable lifting and handling hardware equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Understanding of asset lifecycle workflows and basic purchasing guidelines.
