Provide leadership and supervision to all clinical staff, including RNs, surgical technologists, and support staff. Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care. Ensure full compliance with regulatory and accreditation bodies (CMS, AAAHC, OSHA, etc.). Oversee clinical scheduling, staffing, and resource management to support efficient patient flow and daily operations. Collaborate with physicians and administrative leadership to support clinical excellence and center growth. Manage infection control, quality assurance, and risk management programs. Support ongoing training, competency, and professional development for clinical staff. Participate in budget planning, cost management, and operational decision-making while maintaining high standards of care. Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas. Minimum 3–5 years of perioperative or ASC clinical leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of regulatory and accreditation standards for ambulatory surgery centers. Proven leadership skills with the ability to build strong, collaborative team relationships. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities. What We Offer

Current RN license in the state of Texas required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of clinical management experience in an ASC or hospital operating room setting. Experience in quality assurance, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
