As the ultimate leader of the store, a Store Manager is accountable for every aspect of retail performance, ensuring all areas of the store are engaged, achieving key results, and delivering a world‑class guest experience. Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing, and cultivating a culture where team members feel belonging and opportunities to grow. Core Responsibilities
Leadership and People Management
Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment and culture. Establish a vision for the store based on key metrics and initiatives, and cascade it to all team members. Manage the store’s hiring strategy to build a strong and diverse team. Support ongoing learning and development of all team members through feedback, coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Address all employee concerns and issues, partnering with internal support when needed. Guest Experience and Community
Lead an exceptional guest experience, assessing guest connection and technical product education. Manage and direct in‑store team members to ensure optimal guest experience. Address emergent issues, including guest escalations and urgent requests. Establish and increase brand awareness in the community and cultivate inclusive relationships with local ambassadors, community influencers, and partners. Plan and execute community projects and initiatives. Operations, Product, and Strategy
Drive store visual merchandising and product strategy, including escalations and company initiatives. Manage sell‑through, inventory accuracy, and product deliveries. Plan and execute quarterly and seasonal planning for strategy, budget, and labor. Manage whole‑store profit and loss (P&L) in accordance with goals. Move dynamically from the floor, coaching and developing team members. Adhere to people safety policies and procedures. Budget Responsibility
Accountable for controllable budget, labor hours, and annual sales plan target. What We Look For

Eligibility
Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation. Schedule / Availability
Variable schedule including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Experience
1 year people management experience, including recruiting, hiring, and performance accountability. 1 year managing business operations and administration, including scheduling, labor hour management, and project execution. Job Assets (Nice to Have)
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 2 years retail or sales management experience. Work Context
Environment with bright lights and loud music. Both team and independent work. Conflict management and guest issue deescalation. Relationship building with community partners. Use of computer and other technical devices. Movement through store; occasional lifting up to 30 lbs. Compensation & Benefits Package
Base Pay Range : $86,000 - $92,000 annually (subject to local minimum wage). Target Bonus : 30% lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy. Candidates may be eligible for a competitive bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility.
