About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established, independent primary care group. This is a unique opportunity to build a thriving outpatient primary care practice with a strong, loyal patient base and a supportive clinical team.
Our group has been serving Chatham, Wake & Durham Counties and surrounding areas since 2013, providing comprehensive, compassionate care for patients of all ages out of 2 convenient Cary locations. The incoming provider will enjoy a collegial environment and an excellent work‑life balance while practicing dermatologic services along with full‑scope family medicine.
Position Highlights
Practice: Established practice with immediate volume (3 pph)
Manageable Schedule: 30‑36 hours per week (5x6's, 4x8's, 3x10's, 3x12's… Flexible options)
Work‑Life Balance: Shorter work week
Comprehensive Benefits: Employed position
Lucrative Compensation: Competitive salary with paid malpractice coverage
Collaborative Team: Work alongside 5 experienced physicians and 3 experienced advanced practice providers in a family‑oriented environment

The practice is dedicated to building long‑term relationships and improving community health through personalized, evidence‑based medicine.
