Position Overview We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care at our Duncan Health Center. Requirements Education & Training
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine) residency program
Licensure & Certification
Active South Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
Board Certified or Board Eligible (must achieve certification within 12 months of hire)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Experience
Previous experience in community health, FQHC, or Patient-Centered Medical Home preferred
