Specializing in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics for children aged 6 months to 20 years, our dentists are trained to conduct comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatment consultations.

With access to our state‑of‑the‑art company simulation lab, you'll receive hands‑on training under guidance of licensed pediatric dentists.

Many of our associate dentists have transitioned into leadership roles, embodying the success of our mission and internal culture.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations, including X‑rays, impressions, and photographs.

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.

Install and adjust orthodontic appliances such as braces, retainers, and clear aligners.

Monitor patient progress throughout the course of treatment and make necessary adjustments.

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post‑treatment care.

Collaborate with other dental professionals, including general dentists and oral surgeons, to coordinate multidisciplinary treatment when necessary.

Stay up‑to‑date on the latest advancements in orthodontic technology and techniques through continuing education and professional development.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience throughout their orthodontic journey.

Requirements

Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.

Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.

Board certification in orthodontics.

Valid state dental license in good standing (or willingness to obtain).

Proven experience working as an Orthodontist, with a strong track record of successful orthodontic treatments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail‑oriented with a commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
