Sr. Project Manager – Food & Beverage Manufacturing Process/Utility Focus
Join BW Design Group as a Senior Project Manager focused on food and beverage manufacturing processes and utilities.
Responsibilities
Work with engineers, architects, designers, and other technical professionals to design custom processing systems for food and beverage, life science, personal care, advanced technology industry, and other industrial manufacturing operations.
Manage all aspects of project execution including proposal development and presentation, resources, budget, forecasting, scheduling, engineering, integration, installation, start‑up, and closure.
Cultivate and maintain solid client relationships.
Lead the drive to expand the local and regional client base.
Make a day‑to‑day impact with your skills and expertise, strengthening relationships with our clients and team.
Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of project engineering management experience with packaging, automation, or manufacturing applications.
Experience in the food, beverage, dairy, or brewery industry (preferred).
High‑speed beverage application and system integration experience, with emphasis in safety systems (preferred).
Solid machinery application and computer software skills.
Contractor management skills (preferred).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience creating required project documentation.
Willingness to travel for project requirements including installation and start‑up activities, client and company‑sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, and conventions.
A bachelor of science in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or an equivalent technical degree.
Benefits & Compensation The approximate pay range for this position is $120,000–$160,000. Final compensation may vary based on factors including background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
