Vice President, Facilities Management
Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 per year

As part of the leadership and professional support team, you will help our 16,000 chefs and in‑unit associates excel as they deliver world‑class meals in corporate cafes, executive dining rooms, and through on‑site catering and vending innovations.
You will champion operational excellence and build strong client relationships across high‑impact accounts covering food/dining, micro‑markets, coffee bar, office coffee, space management, janitorial, and employee services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and inspire a team of operations leaders in assigned accounts.
Drive self and team toward building strong relationships with clients at all levels and achieving key performance indicators.
Own key regional decisions with team input, weighing risks and rewards and considering short‑and‑long‑term implications; communicate strategically and persuasively based on the issue type.
Set the tone for a culture of organization in the region and meet regularly with the extended team to ensure transparency, education, safety, accountability, and alignment.
Represent the Eurest and ESFM teams as brand ambassadors to senior clients in the region, acting as an escalation point.
Partner with Retention teams to drive growth strategy, structure deals, present new business, build relationships with prospective clients, and negotiate key contract terms.
Collaborate with key partners on regional and/or nationwide initiatives.
Champion development within the accounts; conduct performance evaluations and succession planning; understand all roles within operation.
Own financial results/P&L, and work with leadership to ensure accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Ensure consistent and fair administration of all policies and procedures.
Recognize and anticipate marketplace trends; participate in strategic planning meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or eight (8) years progressive experience in facilities management or other support services areas in lieu of a degree.
Strong background in senior leadership roles with experience in contract and budget management, customer service, people development, and negotiations.
Leadership experience in facilities management with a focus on soft services is required; additional experience in food service/employee dining is a plus.
Experience managing annual budgets of at least $20 million.
Proven track record of growing a business and leading large cross‑functional teams, with excellent business and financial acumen.
Ability to think quickly, analytically, strategically, and accurately.
Expert client relationship, influencing, listening, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Champions inclusion mindset, is proactive, positive, professional, flexible, and resilient.
Demonstrates initiative, ownership, multi‑tasking, prioritization, and organization skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Very sharp attention to detail.
Able to travel as needed between Austin and Taylor.
