Impact The Vice President, Corporate Actions Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the Corporate Actions & Tax operations at BNY. This management position is integral to ensuring the seamless execution of corporate actions, aligning with BNY's strategic pillars of operational excellence and client focus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Corporate Actions team by demonstrating expertise in corporate actions processes and ensuring timely and accurate execution of all related activities.

Develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and compliance, supporting BNY's commitment to excellence.

Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive and integrated service delivery, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making, contributing to process improvements and strategic initiatives.

Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any issues with professionalism and expertise.

Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

Typically 4-7 years of experience.

0-1 years of management experience preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
