Responsibilities
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support the sales team in managing sales pipeline data, ensure accurate forecasting, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) for data management, create dashboards, and perform in-depth data analyses to support decision‑making.
Lead and coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), presenting key sales insights and recommendations.
Support in managing Deal Desk operations, including discount approvals and contract management, ensuring deals comply with company policies.
Oversee inventory tracking and ensure accurate reporting to support operational planning.
Develop a strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS business models to align sales operations with company objectives.
Help in designing and implementing effective sales incentive programs to drive improved sales performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within a cloud or technology company.
Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC), including dashboard creation and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in pipeline management and sales forecasting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in running QBRs.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS business models is required.
Experience with Deal Desk operations and inventory tracking is a plus.
