The Pilot is responsible for providing a superior air transportation experience with an uninterrupted safety record on every flight. The Pilot is the face of NetJets, delivering technically accurate and safe transportation while offering an exceptional service experience to every NetJets Owner and passenger. The Pilot wears many hats, acting as a professional aviator and in‑flight service provider, maintaining full command of the aircraft and a professional demeanor at all times. Tasks and Responsibilities
Responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft from taxi, take‑off, and landing, following FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual, or Aircraft Operating Manual, and standard operating practices. Greets Owners/passengers pre‑flight, introduces them, briefs them on the flight, confirms itinerary, and provides weather updates and safety briefings. Deliver in‑flight service as needed, including handling alcohol and catering. Load and properly stow all baggage on the aircraft. Handle and conduct flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke. Act as the final authority on the aircraft regarding all operational areas, including compliance with safety and regulatory guidance. Serve as liaison for Owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival at the FBO to final landing and departure. Communicate any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Company via the Maintenance Control Center and complete related paperwork. Other duties as assigned depending on the assignment.
