You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew. Operate all equipment Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler Prepare product Receive and process telephone orders Take inventory and complete associated paperwork Clean equipment and facility approximately daily Training

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing : Most tasks performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile bricks with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces 36"–48". Walking : For short distances and durations; includes traveling between store and delivery vehicle and to customers. Sitting : Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table. Lifting : Bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lbs, dimensions up to 3'×1.5') unloaded with a hand truck; cases stacked up to 72". Carrying : Large cans (≈3 lb 7 oz); pizza sauce (≈30 lb); trays of dough (≈12 lb each, 3 at a time). Pushing : Move trays on dollies; require up to 7.5 lb force. Climbing : Occasionally navigate stairs or ladders; up to five flights during delivery. Stooping/Bending : Forward bending at waist necessary at pizza assembly station; repeated continuously. Same at front counter and stocking. Crouching/Squatting : Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. Reaching : Continuous up, down, forward; up to 72
