Senior Business Analyst, Digital Solutions The Role

Digital Solutions Business Analysts are pivotal in partnering with business sponsors, co‑leading key initiatives and translating customer and business needs into actionable solutions that deliver tangible value for our customers across digital experiences.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Solutions Business Analyst to

identify and document the needs of customers, stakeholders, and project goals , create detailed user stories, engage Legal, Risk & Compliance to ensure regulatory compliance, conduct business acceptance testing, develop and implement launch strategies, analyze data and feedback, and provide functional documentation bridging business, design, and development teams.

As a Digital Solutions Business Analyst, you will:

Identify and document the needs of customers, stakeholders, and project goals. Analyze requirements to ensure they align with business objectives and are feasible within the project’s scope.

Create detailed user stories that outline specific functionalities from the end‑user’s perspective. Define acceptance criteria that determine when a user story is considered complete and ready for release.

Lead engagement with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure project requirements and solutions meet legal and regulatory requirements and minimize potential risks.

Conduct business acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet defined requirements, validate functioning and address any issues before deployment.

Develop and implement strategies for introducing new products or features, plan rollout to minimize disruption, maximize learning, and ensure smooth transition for users.

Analyze customer data and feedback to gauge effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and report findings to stakeholders.

Provide a deep understanding of how the digital product works, documenting and explaining concepts clearly, bridging the gap between business, design, and development teams.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Bachelor's degree required.

8+ years of business analysis experience (or Masters with 6+ years) including delivery of digital solutions.

Demonstrated interest in digital user experience and industry trends.

Ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components, synthesizing data‑driven insights.

Comfortable with ambiguity and change, quickly adapting to shifting priorities.

Digital Solutions Chapter members are passionate about bringing people, process, and technology together. This role aligns with a squad within the Digital Channels Product Area, managing user experience, tech stack, and lifecycle of web and mobile retail customer experiences. As part of the Digital Solutions team, you will receive coaching, training, and development opportunities.
