Responsibilities
Lead the development of complex financial models and accompanying analysis for asset‑level acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
Create strategic conclusions and presentations for senior executives and the board of directors.
Support deal processes and coordinate with internal departments to execute transactions and assigned projects.
Manage the due diligence process for potential transactions at both corporate and hospital levels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics (MBA preferred).
4 to 6 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, and/or M&A/corporate development (preferably in healthcare).
Very strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Analytical ability to quickly understand and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and work independently.
