Work Hours 9am-5pm
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of demonstrated experience in soliciting, reviewing, analyzing, and writing function and non‑functional business requirements
3+ years of experience performing and leading requirements gathering and validation
3+ years of demonstrated experience in the Healthcare industry with Health and Human Services inclusive of SNAP and Medicaid
1+ years of experience managing project controls including issues, risks, requirements, scope, schedules
Experience maintaining visibility on day‑to‑day activities with project teams and ensuring sufficient facetime with key executive stakeholders
Experience with SDLC
Experience engaging in government RFP responses and SOW activities
Demonstrated experience partnering with stakeholders (client and internal) to ensure the proper strategy, plan, alignment, integration, and visibility
Preferred Skills
Experience in soliciting, reviewing, analyzing, and writing function and non‑functional business requirements, performing and leading requirements gathering and validation, and demonstrated experience in the Healthcare industry with Health and Human Services inclusive of SNAP and Medicaid
Other Requirements No professional license or certification required.
Project Summary Position will provide BA support to WV PATH for T&M Enhancements. We want to be as specific as possible with our firms so they can find the type of candidate you’re looking for.
Team Structure 1 PM, 4‑5 Developers, 1 RM and 1‑2 BAs.
