ABA Therapist Behavior Technician for Male Teenager with Autism

Overview We are seeking a caring, patient, and reliable provider to provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) one-on-one with a teenager with autism. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping the teenager reach their full potential, follow structured programs, and work collaboratively with parents and supervisors.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a teenager with autism in the home or community setting

Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA

Collect data and record session notes accurately

Support the youth in developing communication, social, and daily living skills

Communicate progress and challenges with the supervising team and parents

Qualifications

Experience working with children and teenagers, preferably those with autism or developmental disabilities

RBT certification or ABA experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)

Reliability, compassion, and strong communication skills

Must pass a background check

Schedule Flexible hours weekdays after 4:00 PM

Compensation rate $25 an hour

Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma
