Schedule: Shared hours: Monday – Thursday 7am – 7pm, Friday 7am – 5pm, Saturday 8am – 12pm

Requirements

Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Med Peds

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills to provide high‑quality primary care

Commitment to patient‑centered care and the ability to build lasting relationships with patients and families

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working within a team‑based care model

Desire to work in a community‑focused practice and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Willingness to work some early morning, evening, and rotating weekend shifts to increase patient access

Experience in outpatient care (preferred, but not required for new graduates)

Duties & Responsibilities A typical day may include:

Providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages

Managing chronic conditions and developing personalized treatment plans

Performing preventative care, wellness visits, and routine screenings

Collaborating with nurse practitioners, specialists, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes

Maintaining accurate and timely electronic health records documentation

Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations

Staying up to date on evidence‑based medical practices and advancements in primary care

Engaging in community outreach and health education efforts when applicable
