Specialization Family Medicine Geriatric Medicine
Job Summary We are looking for a physician‑directed independent role to deliver primary care for PACE participants, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management. The role requires experience treating complex geriatric, internal medicine, and mental health patients and no visa support will be offered.
Qualified Candidates
Board eligible/certified in any specialty
Experience treating complex geriatric, internal medicine, and mental health patients
Position does not offer visa support
Position Highlights
Schedule is M‑F 8 am to 5 pm with on‑call coverage
Work closely with Advanced Practitioners, Nurses, Social Workers, Therapists, and Volunteers in a supportive environment dedicated to quality of life
Provide primary care for PACE participants, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care planning and oversight
