Southern Ohio Medical Center is seeking a Breast Imaging Radiologist to serve as Senior Medical Director of Breast Imaging. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide program growth, quality, and innovation within a supportive, collaborative health system.
Role Highlights
Lead and develop SOMC’s Breast Imaging program
Oversee screening & diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and breast procedures
Establish clinical protocols and quality standards
Collaborate with Oncology, Surgery, and Women’s Health on multidisciplinary care
Support technologist training, workflow optimization, and service-line expansion
Qualifications
MD/DO; Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
Fellowship training in Breast Imaging strongly preferred
Strong communication and commitment to patient-centered care
