Fort Wayne, Indiana . This lucrative, foundational position is part of IU Health's strategic growth plan, partnering with a robust primary‑care referral base serving a catchment area of over 375,000. You will enjoy an autonomous practice with advanced practice provider support in IU Health’s newest hospital location, scheduled to open in 2027.

Compensation Details
Income guaranteed, production incentive, and sign‑on bonus included
