Vice-President of Clinical Operations - Solid Tumors - Boston
QP Group is currently retained by a clinical stage biotech that are developing first-in-class oncology therapies by leveraging insights from evolutionary biology. The company is looking for a VP of Clinical Operations, reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, to be responsible for the company's clinical trial execution strategy across all development programs.
Develop and drive the overall clinical operations strategy aligned with the company's scientific, regulatory, and commercial objectives.
Lead all aspects of clinical trial execution from startup through closeout, including study planning, site selection, enrollment oversight, monitoring, data integrity, and reporting.
Evaluate, select, negotiate, and manage CROs, labs, and other external partners to ensure quality, performance, timelines, and cost-effectiveness.
Provide regular program updates, dashboards, risk assessments, and timelines to executive leadership and the Board.
Advanced Degree
15+ years' experience in clinical research/operations in biopharma
10+ years in senior leadership positions
A proven track record managing Phase II/III immuno-oncology or solid tumor trials
