Your Future Team The Advisor Products and Enablement team drives the vision, strategy, and success of our products from concept to adoption. This team collaborates across departments to define product requirements, prioritize development efforts, and ensure alignment with business goals. In addition, they empower internal teams and advisor practices through product training, resources, and go‑to‑market enablement to ensure effective use and understanding of our solutions. Together, they bridge innovation and execution to deliver impactful, scalable products that meet client and advisor needs.
What You’ll Do As a Product Manager for Financial Services Cloud, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation in advisor and client engagement. You’ll serve as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that Salesforce is optimized as a strategic platform to support our wealth management practices. You will manage the product roadmap, from discovery to delivery, ensuring solutions enhance advisor productivity, elevate the client experience, and meet regulatory and compliance standards. Acting as a relationship manager and facilitator you will collaborate with stakeholders across business units to design, implement, and continuously improve Salesforce capabilities.
Drive the Product Roadmap – Own the Salesforce FSC product roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with advisor needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements.
Partner Across the Business – Collaborate with advisors, operations teams, compliance, and IT to capture requirements, translate them into user stories, and prioritize features that drive measurable impact.
Enhance the Client & Advisor Experience – Champion Salesforce as a CRM and client engagement hub, ensuring seamless integration with portfolio management, financial planning, and communication tools.
Oversee Development & Delivery – Manage the agile delivery process, working closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and integration partners to deliver releases on schedule.
Ensure Data Integrity & Compliance – Implement processes and features that maintain data quality, security, and compliance with wealth management regulations.
Drive Adoption & Training – Promote user adoption through targeted training, documentation, and ongoing feedback loops, ensuring advisors maximize Salesforce capabilities.
Measure & Optimize – Leverage analytics to evaluate feature performance, identify opportunities for enhancement, and iterate for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. MBA or Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud) preferred.
3+ years of experience in wealth management, fintech, or digital product management, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce platform management.
Industry & Platform Expertise
Strong understanding of wealth management services, advisor workflows, and compliance requirements.
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration, integrations, and AppExchange solutions.
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their applications in operational settings.
Core Skills
Agile project management and SDLC knowledge.
Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences with ability to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive product decisions and measure success.
Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects.
