What You'll Do Our Assistant Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager) is a leadership role with a strong emphasis on guest experience, visual presentation, and boutique operations. The ideal candidate has specialty retail experience and is a creative spirit who is ready to support our Boutique Team Leader (Store Manager) in creating an engaging environment for our guests and team members.
Responsibilities
Guest Experience
Lead and support a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.
Leadership
Drive sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities to improve metrics through sales floor leadership and continuous coaching.
Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining the guest as our top priority.
Talent
Assist the Boutique Team Leader in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high‑performing and diverse team.
Assist in building bench strength by preparing team members for the next level of responsibility.
Establish open, candid, and trusting professional relationships with the team.
Operations & Visual
Support and enforce company policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
Maintain a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to the guest by utilizing and delivering visual brand standards.
Problem‑solve proactively, creatively, and often independently, driving new ideas and solutions.

Position Requirements
Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store.
Ability to motivate others and work together to deliver sales results.
Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently.
Flexible and adaptable.
Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple priorities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
