FutureSight is seeking an experienced and visionary entrepreneur to co‑found our next B2B SaaS startup. FutureSight is a leading venture studio that co‑creates world‑class software companies with values‑driven entrepreneurs from inception to exit. We are a team of founders, operators and designers with experience successfully bringing software to market at scale.
You’ll work closely with John Carbrey, a 4x entrepreneur who has built B2B SaaS ventures from $0 to $100 M in ARR, and with other leaders such as Joshua (CFO), Kevin (product), Alan (idea‑validation expert) and Prathna (early‑stage investor).

What you bring to the table
You’re motivated to co‑found a new venture as CEO
You know what you’re signing up for and understand the scrappy nature of owning a business from start to finish
You understand the role of key stakeholders: customers, talent and investors
You have co‑founded a company (product or B2B SaaS) or have equivalent intrapreneurial experience
You bring relevant domain expertise and/or industry advantage and are passionate about solving the challenges in that domain
What you can expect
Daily active engagement with our team
Early‑stage testing, validation and refinement of business ideas to ensure product‑market fit
Be prepared to iterate many ideas before finding a silver bullet
Create prototypes to help validate and sell potential solutions
For validated opportunities, launch an initial product, achieve early traction and prepare for pre‑seed and seed fundraising
Build a team, product, revenue model, business and investor base
Own the P/L of the new entity and acquire a significant equity stake
This is a full‑time, exclusive role building and owning a new SaaS venture

Requirements
Ready to commit full‑time and exclusively to an entrepreneurial journey
Have the risk appetite and capacity (see our Entrepreneurial Risk Profile)
Relevant domain expertise and/or industry advantage and passion to solve challenges in that domain
Previous co‑founding and leading an early‑stage company (product or B2B SaaS) or equivalent intrapreneurial experience
Desire to be a venture‑backed co‑founder
Generalist with solid skills in a key startup discipline (sales, tech, product, design, marketing, etc.)
Experience pitching to investors and raising capital
Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at FutureSight by 2x.
