Data Analytics Manager – U.S. – Washington, DC

Responsibilities
This is a very hands‑on role.
Build, analyze, or support pipelines, ETL systems, APIs, real‑time ingestion, and cloud data integration.
Build, analyze, or support ETL pipelines integrating Salesforce, Oracle EBS, KYC systems, and external data feeds.
Implement real‑time ingestion, data cleansing, automated validation, and error logging.
Maintain data models, data lineage, and metadata.
Support automated report generation and dashboard back‑end integration.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years experience in data analytics, including expertise with APIs, SQL, cloud, metadata, and real‑time data flows.
Experience with federal data/analytics initiatives and familiarity with data‑visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytic tools (e.g., Python, Alteryx, R).
PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of ISO 9001 and other process‑improvement principles preferred.
Strong customer‑service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Ability to perform work on site in Washington, DC, daily.
Ability to travel required.
