is responsible for orchestrating the Strategy and Business Development functions within Hospital Regions and across a Network project portfolio. The role supports growth of both a Regional Market and Select Care Transformation Services (service lines). It involves assessing and developing new services and/or programs to increase customer focus, respond to community, physician and customer needs, enhance the HMH brand, and improve competitive advantage. The VP identifies, develops and executes growth strategies, conducts market, business and financial analysis, and serves as a strategic advisor to HMH Network leaders. As a strategic thought leader, the role formulates system and entity-level strategies; identifies growth opportunities, grows key services and service lines, evaluates joint ventures and partnerships, and interfaces with system executives and regional leaders.
