Job Summary
Lead the development and implementation of trading strategy for FX Swaps and Rates products across the G10 Rates franchise. Oversee client risk management, support automation of product offering, and drive client engagement to optimise RWA and return on core product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement trading strategy for FX Swaps and Rates products.
Maximise Total Product Income (TPI) through effective end‑to‑end client risk management and collaboration with Sales.
Drive growth of the G10 Rates franchise globally, focusing on USD rates and FX Swaps.
Align strategy with the Group’s business strategy and model.
Assist automation of product offering to clients.
Foster client engagement for RWA optimisation to improve FM product RoRWA.
Develop and drive global G10 Rates electronic trading strategies and data analytics.
Achieve the assigned full‑year budget.
Increase visibility through competitive pricing during London and Americas time zones.
Deepen existing client relationships and identify new prospects.
Provide the sales desk with competitive pricing and product support.
Explore new products and structures to expand market breadth and depth.
Manage risk from client trades and provide market dynamics insights.
People & Talent
Lead by example and build the appropriate culture and values for the team.
Contribute to continuous process improvement and share best practices.
Lead and reinforce strategic change, ensuring alignment of organizational structure and people programmes.
Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports; provide feedback and rewards based on performance.
Ensure ongoing training and development for people in critical functions, providing effective supervision to mitigate risks.

Compensation Expected annual base pay range: 256,000 USD – 416,000 USD. Final offer is based on skill set, depth of experience, education, internal relativity and work location. Total compensation includes discretionary variable pay and a full benefits package.
