What You’ll Work On Designing end-to-end user flows for our AI-powered experience editor Shaping the workflows for generating, reviewing, and iterating on auto-created product experiences Working on experimentation flows, insights, and result interpretation Partnering closely with engineers to navigate UX decisions and elevate design quality Building out our visual identity and establishing a cohesive design system Collaborating with the founders on product direction and early team-building Talking directly with users to simplify the product and identify improvements Taking on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving environment What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a designer who can also implement — or an engineer with strong design instincts. You should have: 1–4+ years in product design, frontend engineering, or a hybrid design/engineering role Proficiency with modern frontend tools (React, TypeScript, CSS) Excellent visual taste and attention to detail A history of simplifying complex flows and making them intuitive Comfort working across product, design, and engineering functions Nice to Have Familiarity with frontend performance optimization Background in branding, design systems, or visual identity work Founder or early-stage startup experience Experience with mobile UI (iOS/Android, Flutter, React Native, etc.) When This Role Might Not Be a Match You prefer long, polished design cycles with extensive iteration You don’t want to talk to customers or own features end-to-end You prefer working in a narrow part of the product rather than broadly across the stack Requirements 1–4+ years of relevant design or design+engineering experience Full-time, in-person role based in San Francisco (Mon–Sat schedule) Must be located in the Bay Area or willing to relocate before starting US work authorization required; O-1 sponsorship may be possible for exceptional candidates Our Tech Environment Styling: Tailwind, Shadcn AI: modern SDKs and model integrations Seniority level
